I see amazing women in my community every day, and they’re capable of incredible things! The problem is, they often prioritise everyone else’s needs before their own. This constant self-sacrifice leads to burnout, making everything in life even harder. But here’s the good news: the struggles that you’re facing are fixable and this podcast is here to help.
