I am your host, Heather Ayer; and I am a qualified Intuitive Healer and Reiki Practitioner with a passion to live a real me, fabulous life and a mission to inspire others to do the same, too. I have lived on both sides of this fence – once living a limiting, chronically unsatisfied life through the mainstream lens we have been given; to now, living an expansive, heart opening life through the lens of my authentic Soul… and, I have to say, things got a whole lot better when decided to be me! No, it’s not perfect; and I am still learning, and healing, and growing along the way – but the more I have leaned into and continue to lean into being myself, the more my life has become even bigger and brighter than I could have ever imagined.
